3rd Annual Ballyhoo Event.  5:30 – 9 p.m.  Featuring restaurant tastings,  live music ,silent auction and more to benefit Youth Alternatives Ingraham.  Holiday Inn by the Bay, Portland.

The Tempest (abridged version) presented by the Acorn Shakespeare Ensemble.  7:30 p.m.  Free, $5 suggested donation.  Discussion lead by USM Professors Nancy Gish and Ben Bertram after the performance. Luther Bonny Talbot Hall, USM Portland Campus. 

Novel Jazz Septet.  7 – 9:30 p.m.  Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for young adults and under 12 are free.  Skidompha Public Library, Newcastle.
